Bradley Allen

d. January 11, 2020

Bradley Edward Allen
Chili: January 11, 2020. Loving father and doting grandfather, passed away at the age of 70. Brad was born in Brockport to Betty Jane Rolston (Latuske). He graduated from Edison Tech and immediately went to work for Rochester Telephone Corporation for 41 years.
Brads passion for Ham radios was more than a hobby. He spent many happy hours building and working on radios, attending Hamfests all over the country, and communicating as KB2CHY with people all over the world. He was active in RaRa (Rochester Amateur Radio Association), particularly when needed for public service emergencies. Brad also enjoyed music and followed many local bands. His interest in photography allowed him to capture performances to share with the bands, as well as share his photographs at exhibits. His willingness to always help anyone with radio, television, or telephone system problems earned him many long-term friendships. He was also active in CWA Local 1170.
Brad is survived by his loving daughter, Lori (John) Morris and beloved grandsons, Connor & Benjamin; sisters, Patricia (Dennis) Cirilla, Rebecca Winter (Tom Damick), Shirlee Carlberg (Bill Mattle), Roberta (Warren) Jordans, Lori (Brian) Pfeil, Kimberly (Joe) Sanchez, Karin (Robert) Sheinberg, brother Eddie Jones, along with many dear relatives and friends.
Family & friends may call Friday January 17th from 4-7pm, Prayer Service Saturday 9am at Thomas. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Mesothelioma Applied Research Foundation, 1615 L Street NW Suite 430, Washington DC 20036 or curemeso.org
