DeAngelo A. Lewis

DeAngelo was born in Rochester NY to the late Matthew and Mary Pope. He is also predeceased by his sister, Erstine Jackson; brother, Timothy Lewis.

He is survived by his loving children, Talesha Lewis, Angela Lewis, Martin Lewis, DeAngelo Pearson; their mothers, Tracey Pearson, Felishia Kembrew; grandchildren, Michael Pittman, Mijer Pittman, Dejymari Pearson, DeAngelo Pearson Jr, Aceson McIntyre, Dejyre Foster; great-grandchildren; siblings, Mary (Stevie) Pate, Pauline (Rick) Harrell, Ronnie Pope, Johnnie (Arwedia Darden) Lewis, Matthew Pope, Robert Lewis; many nieces and nephews. 

DeAngelo enjoyed Gospel Music, fishing, and a football fan and loved his Pittsburgh Steelers. He enjoyed working for the Rochester City School District for many years. And he especially loved his big family and many grandchildren.

Family and friends may call at Thomas Funeral Chapels Friday October 11th from 11-12:45pm. Words of Remembrance will be said at  12:45pm and immediately followed by a procession to Riverside Cemetery with a graveside Prayer Service officiated by Pastor Vandell Marshall
